It is and of course it's venomous, practically every spider is. Leave it alone or put it outside. No reason to kill it.

Not to belabor obvious, but like that guy said virtually every spider is technically venomous. Like upwards of 99.9% of them. There's only like one family of them that isn't, AFAIK.

If you are in Europe, there is literally no spider that is remotely dangerous to humans. The worst bite would be comparable to a bee sting.
