A cat we have outdoors just gave birth to one baby ( so far ). See wont feed him. She is afraid of humans so taking the baby and placing it on her stomach is not an option. What can we do?

Are you able to take the kitten away? If so go ahead and do so and grab substitution milk from walmart or something

Goat milk also works and is arguably better
