How do you clean your cat litter? Guy in the pet shop said 4lt

Depends on what type of litter you are using. Are you using clumping or non-clumping? What type of material is it made out of?
Also, don't use perfumed litter, it's bad for cats.

I go through app,32 liters of clumping litter a month, about 4-5 bags

I have two cats.

I am lazy and only clean every second or third day, I would be using more if I scooped every day.
I use a 4liter plastic bag on my hand to grab the stuff and put it in a 8 liter plastic bag. I have tried to use those smart-ass shovels before, but the pee-litter just crumbles like hell and you end up having to remove twice as much litter or simply the box being super nasty because that pee-litter gets thrown around and gets under my cats' feet and stuff.

It can damage their respiratory tract, especially since it's in something that gets sifted through and kicked around a lot. Ideally you shouldn't use any synthetic fragrances near animals. Besides which, it's not like perfumes actually do any good in a cat litter.

Just get unscented litter. Clay, wood, corn, whatever. "Fragrance free" isn't the same thing and may still have perfumes in it.
