What is this on my cat's chin? He also has some smaller ones near his junk.
Don't know if it's related, but he does have some fleas. I gave him medicine for them but it doesn't look like it's working.

Right, so you used some random brand from walmart etc.
Go get some flea stuff from your vet, as it's ivermec based, you'll likely need something like comfortis (spinosad)- but your vet will be able to give you something (be honest about what you've already given) and you'll also need to treat the enviroment.
You need to wash anything you can get through the washing machine, and thoroughly hoover twice a day whereever the cat is going. Make sure you get into all the cracks- that's where fleas hide.
Rinse and repeat with flea medication, FROM THE VET, in a months time and don't buy stuff from walmart again- it doesn't work.
