Though I would suspect that since it has a little voicebox instead of a squeaker or grunter, it's probably a kid's toy and not a pet toy. You might be looking in the wrong place for it, if it's still being made.

Honestly if there's no brand information on the tag you'll probably never find it. Generic toys like this get made all the time by random companies that fall by the wayside and no one ever hears from them again. There might be more out there, but they probably don't have any known name to be sold under, you'd have to root through tag sales or something and get incredibly lucky. Try treating your dog's autism instead, I've heard a bullet to the head works wonders.
