My Bolognese doesn't really like to play. Whenever the other two dogs (Lab, Goldendoodle) go out to play in the backyard with me, she always follows but just sits on the stone part, watching. Right now she's lying down, despite it being a but hot today. She rarely seems to want to play and only wants to walk 50% of the time. Is she just lazy or is it a cause for concern?
I'd say be happy you've been blessed with a chill dog, as opposed to a hyperactive little shit.

Your dogs are shit
how old is she?
what does she normally eat? describe a regular day's worth of food. (i.e., 1/4 cup kibble 2x a day, a few treats, what kind of table scraps, etc)
how are her poops? how many times does she poop per day?
is she overweight? can you feel her ribs without too much pressure, or do you have to really search for them?
does she appear to enjoy other things, like cuddle sessions or chew toys? or does she not enjoy anything?
is this a new behavior, or has it always been like this?
if she's older, at a good weight, and it's not a new behavior, I'd say you don't have anything to worry about and she's just chill. otherwise I'd watch her more closely to see if there were any other signs of something wrong.
My pupper doesn't seem to be much of a player either. Is she food motivated? Mine is and goes nuts over food dispenser toys. He'll also run after his kibble.
My Bichon is the same way.
He likes chilling on a chair when we sit outside.
He'll be more active at the park though, maybe your dog would be more active at a dog park than at home.
