I haven't seen my cat Reice for two weeks. He was always in the kitchen at nighttime and would usually meow outside my room when he was hungry or wanted to be stroked. He's an old cat (15+ years) and has been unwell lately. I think he's dead but I'm too scared to ask my family. They haven't mentioned anything to me. I would rather live in uncertainty.
He's the one looking up the other is his sister, Daisy. I've known him since I was about 6 and he's the oldest animal I know.
Im assuming hes an outside cat, which in that case, Id ask around and maybe start looking for any signs.

For the past year or so he's been more of an indoor cat. My family would probably know if he were missing and ask around but I suspect he died and they just haven't mentioned it to me.

Why would they hide it from you?
You need to ask them. You need confirmation and closure. You can't just have uncertainty forever.
I just put down my pet today, it's going to be hard.

They won't be hiding it, I just rarely talk to them. Part of me is worried that if I receive confirmation I won't feel anything even though I was attached to him. I have ASD so I find it difficult to predict how I would feel.
good riddance
fuck your vermin shitball
