I would never drink dairy before or after drinking. It doesn't mix well if you've had a lot to drink.

I didn't get hang overs because as an alcoholic your tolerance and body get use to it but the nest way to prevent a hang over is to drink a shit ton of water before you go to bed. It'd be better if you drink a lot of it in-between drinks as well but it's something about the dehydration that gives you a killer hangover head ache.
