I have to see one with my own eyes.
It's like staring the past right in it's asshole.

wiki sez:
The population is estimated at between 5,000 and 8,000 individuals, the majority of which live in swamps in Sudan, Uganda, eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo, and Zambia.[11] There is also a viable population in the Malagarasi wetlands in Tanzania.[12] BirdLife International has classified it as Vulnerable with the main threats being habitat destruction, disturbance and hunting.

Please don't make me add "shoebill" to my list of fetishes.
Please. I have a family.
Why are Japs obsessed with such fucking bizarre and random shit?
Shoebills, isopods, capybara, you name it, they'll draw anime titties on it.
>>2371641
Speaking of capybara

You should have thought about that before entering this putrid place.
Don't forget, you are here forever.
>>2371641
don't forget about sea cliones and yeti crabs
...now that I think about it, out of this list, only the capybara and shoebill stork don't have Pokemon equivalents.

birds are fucked up
i get that all animals maim and kill, but birds do everything from pecking the brains out of baby chicks to brood rejection to raping each other, and all with those cold dead bird eyes
like that video of the petrels eating a weak and defenseless penguin alive. they don't care to finish it off. they'll just slowly rip chunks off of the penguin's body as it dies in exhaustion from its efforts to escape.
it's scarier that they're not 'malicious' in their actions. they are unflinchingly horrifying

Do birds even respond to grooming stimuli in the way that mammals do? Forgive me for being skeptical.
>>2374156
I'm not sure about shoebills but herons and other Pelecaniformes seem to be capable of it. But I don't think Shoebills are particularly social so they might just express it when interacting with a caregiver.
>>2374156
i'm confused, are you asking if birds have a nervous system

because japan is a nation of sexually repressed men of the most beta status, and the only men even resembling 'alpha males' work 20 hours a day, leaving only the NEETs who have never felt the touch of a woman to draw their underage cartoon girls who never laugh at them or ask when the last time they took a shower was.
>>2374230
Intelligent woman...

so why do they have legal candydolls and other quasi-CP?
>>2368837
>>2374540
Child porn is a product of sexual repression due to lack of normal sexual outlets, and degeneracy. Unless you're into child porn, then you should just get AIDS in prison you sick fuck.
>>2374557
>childporn is sick unless you're into that then it's sick
>>2374540
CP is a weird situation in Japan. There's plenty of outcry and outside of a few places in Tokyo and online you won't really encounter blatant advertising of children's bodies. Most of the horror stories of child prostitution and terrible shit happened in the 80's-90's. All of this has been influenced by the federal low age of consent versus the districts and cities who under the child welfare act set their own age of intercourse consent to be 18 so basically you can sell nudes of 13+ children and get handsy with them but no fucking.
>>2374543
Holy shit, this GIF looks like it's getting nearer every time even though it doesn't.
I legit waited for 4-5 loops thinking "huh, when will it go back and start from the beginning?"
