Help me, my mothers dog has seperation anxiety from her and goes fucking ballistic when shes not home. She cries and smashes shit, and when she does get home shell jump up on her and then run outside and piss. Shes a huge dog too ( a sheep dog) so its bs dealing with her when she freaks out. On top of that she ignores her, so im the one that has to do her walks, training, playing and most feeling, and i have disdain to her.

Crate training will help alot. Make the crate a positive place and the dog will chill out in the crate while you are away. Obviously not as simple as that but start crate training

when you really look at what a dog needs, what's acceptable according to your average person is terrible for dogs. i don't criticize people for it or try to correct them, but it's true. lots of people are still living in the pet care dark ages.
