No anon, you don't get it, bats are notorious for being vectors or reservoirs for viruses that can cause severe disease in humans.
The way they roost in groups is conducive to spreading viral infections. Its why the video itself says not to handle bats without training and vaccinations.
A noteworthy portion of the ever growing emergent diseases list comes from bats, not to mention generic shit like rabies.
