I've made a pact with the scorpions.
Everyone knows that spiders are our allies - our strongest allies. However, it's only as of late that I've come to see that scorpions, too, are on our side in the fight against the insect threat.
Living in an area riddled with scorpions, I'd very often have to kill scorpions scurrying around my room and living room. I've always been very brutal in my treatment of them. However, as the ants and roaches have proven to be a greater menace, I've come to understand that scorpions too hate them. They kill them and I didn't understand. But now I see the truth, and we've made a pact.
I will not kill them any longer, and we shall fight together as blood brothers agains the roach and ant threat. We will die together alongside our spider brethren.

I lived most my life in the Philippines with brown recluses in the house since they're so common. I didn't even know they're the feared brown recluse in this board until I actually looked it up. Never got bit, they're more scared than you than anything else and will run away when they can.
