He is frightfully skinny. Give him good quality food, a nice place to sleep, a clean litter box, lots of love. Make sure he has his vaccinations and deworming done regularly.

I've adopted a lot of tiny kittens, and the males, if raised in good conditions, usually grow up to be monster sized.

Yeah, it's odd. I've had a few cats too. Males, and they've all been the biggest cats in the neighborhood.

I've fed this one the same way. 2 meals per day. He eats as much as my adult cats now but he seems to never put on the weight apart from having a big balloon tummy. Skinny legs and tail.

The difference is that the mom was incredibly small. She was a stray that stopped caring for him about a month ago. She was really small. That's why I've been giving this guy milk twice a day too.

Cats shouldn't have milk after they are weened as they become lactose intolerant and I certainly hope you aren't stupid enough to feed it cows milk

If he has a balloon belly it's either swollen from the gas from the milk or from worms. Deworm it and/or bring it to the vet
