Any vets around? My dog has this red bump on her front paw. It's quite hard but covered by skin and not leaking.
Wanted to know if it's something I should take her to the vet over.

It's most likely a fox tail caught in there, and yes, you will have to take the dog to the vet because by the time you notice the fox tail, it's already so far up the skin that the vet usually has to use long prongs to pull it out and make sure all the pieces are out so it doesn't cause a horrible infection. If that is what it is, it will not get better on its own because it will just keep working it's way up.
Good news is, this is only about a $50 dollar visit for the procedure and their time.

one time i found a black lump in my dog's foot and i thought it was something dire and horrible so i soaked it in hot epsom water and it turned out it was just a fucking mint
