Snakes usually arent that stupid that they will bite you for that thinking youre food but they will probably bite you for hitting it in the face which they hate

they won't bite you, but they don't like being touched on the head in general.

they wouldn't mistake you for food unless you made your finger smell like rodents or amphibians, or if you tried to do it during scheduled feeding time.
