Any biologists here?
What do you do?
What major is the best for being able to study animals and the natural world?
Bump
I want to study medicine but I love biology/zoology in general just as much if not more
Say I finish my bio major and can't get into a med program
What are some jobs that involve animals and nature (not medical related) and what do you do?
you don't need to bump threads on /an/. and just do molecular/genetics work if you want to be useful but focus on some animal model rather than humans. You can do work in the field collecting specimens and then do whatever analyses in the lab.
Why do you want to do this?
Don't take the question as an attack. It's not.

Biology has always interested me. I always like science but reading about how animals interact and evolve has been my passion.

Dude, everybody and their mother wants to do that and nowadays this is rare.
Basically what you do is biochem., genetics and other stuff that is mainlly on the insides of whatever has life.
I dropped out because i was disappointed; should've never entered with expectations desu.
