try spreading salt around evenly on the floor, especially carpeted areas- it dries them and the eggs out, then vacuum that up after a day or two

Diatomaceous Earth

Will kill practically any small insect: ants, fleas, bedbugs, spiders (pls do not kill spiders they are bros), etc. . Completely nontoxic and cheap as hell.

You have a bunch of strays nearby? Try to get some traps from animal control since it sounds like you just keep bringing new fleas in from outside. Should be easier to rid your home of fleas once the source is taken care of.

Had this issue earlier this year. I ended up bombing 3 times treating my carpet with sentry home flea powder and vacuuming every other day for a month straight. Make sure to also vacuum furniture and treat dark places and move everything you can to vacuum under it. The key is to break the cycle of reproduction. You have to kill them while they are still an egg. Those Victor flea traps also help tons.
