Which mammals are generally the least stressed out and the least sleep deprived?
>>
Dogs?
>>
>>2257156
I mean wild animals, obviously
>>
i know lions sleep and chill a lot, but they can be pretty stressed about getting food

maybe a koala bear? it sleeps for like 20 hours a day and eats for the rest 4

Bonobos literally just lounge around, play and fuck for fun or to unite the group.

They have no natural predators and live in environments with bounties of food.

They do not even usually engage in group wars. Instead, they simply have an orgy and for the most part accept each other.
>>
Do wild animals even get sleep deprived? They seem to just sleep through anything.
>>
>>2257235
Most animals barely sleep at all. Some animals even evolved to ability to sleep with one side of the brain active, which will then take turns.

Even when they do, most are actually very light sleepers.
>>
dolphins
>>
>>2257231
They compete in a dominance hierarchy, which is always stressful for the majority
>>
very cute
>>
Mooses are pretty chill
>>
>>2257178
Pandas spend a lot of time fucking and trying to fuck come breeding season though. Their breeding season is just as stressful as any other bear's.

This.
I would say solitary animals have less stress due to no pecking order.
Having little or few natural predators (=fear) would possibly help.
>>
Here I'll say it.

Indoor cats. They live a pampered life where food is brought to them every day and being cats, it's not uncommon to sleep for large portions of time. They lead a very easy life

I say cats also because they aren't even fully domesticated either

I don't think it's possible to find a mammal that isn't stressed out, because if you're competing in a dominance hierarchy and always looking to mate with someone you're going to be stressed out.

If you want to find an animal that lives in harmony I think you need to look for a marine animal that doesn't have many natural predators and who cums on caviar instead of mating.
