Your dog needs a vet. It's probably uti or a bladder infection, and he'll need antibiotics or you run the risk of kidney infection, stones and then failure.

Now to prevent it, you say sperm, so casterate the dog, if he's long haired make sure your groomer is trimming his penis. Make sure you bathe your dog fairly regularily too

If it starts to become a very regular occurrence it could be a dietary imbalance or something much more serious like a narrowed or blocked urethra.

Make sure pupper is getting enough fluids too.
