They changed the name of the species to Eratigena, that would make that an Eratigena Atrica.

Familiar to the north american hobo spider, Eratigena agrestis, formely know as Tegenaria Agrestis.

Thanks for clearing that up lads, I'm not in Ireland long enough to know lots about things living here. Maybe a shot in a dark, but there is one more spider that freaked me out - bit bigger than this one and completely brown. Maybe you know...
