There's a juvenile duck sleeping in my yard. It's about 55 °f outside. The bird appears to be unable to fly, and its bill has a scrape on it.
Should I do anything?

It's probably fine. 55 isn't cold for it, and it isn't going to fly because it is dark and they don't see terribly well in the dark.

Most ducks are very cold-hardy. What makes you think it's unable to fly?
