There's a mass of crows around them being naggers about the whole thing too

Looks like they could be brown-banded blurred recluse.
You should burn down the forest just to be sure.

Looks like vultures. They roost in flocks. At least the ones in NC do.

I did alot of image comparing and i think they're turkey vultures. But they shouldn't be here this time of year.
