I tried to save a gecko and throw it outside in a cup but his legs got ground up and his tail: ( Will they grow back? He was just a baby. I put him outside.

We have a textured wall it was on and when I tried to get it to run in the cup by moving the cup I guess its legs got caught between the cup and the wall.
