>I don't know their names
just ask them....sorry..
they look cool
I would say they are a type of wild bee
Where do you come from? because there are a massive amount of wild bee species

They appear to be some kind of social bees. Can you show one specimen in detail?

Brazil
Lots of bee species are vanishing from this region and there's talk of introducing exotic insects but hopefully people will see how insane this is
Most of the bees here are extinct so the guberment is asking people to NOT kill them

If this thread is alive till tomorrow morning, I'll show one of them
They're more active in the morning, during hot days
Bumperino
my camera is old so I can't zoom in
I hope this is close enough

They look like some kind of thread-waisted wasp. Could be mud daubers.

How did you convert video to webm pls

Ok, I think to have identified them.
Based on location, morphology and flying posture my best guess is Tetragonisca angustula (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tetragonisca_angustula) or a similar species.
Can you confirm?

Yes
Thank you
"More often than not, humans are not even aware of the presence of T. angustula nests and therefore leave them unharmed."
They are called "golden bees" here
and the Indians call them JataĆ or Jati
Maybe I should get into meliponiculture
anyway thank you, man
