This ungrateful little piece of shit is in a completely inaccessible area. I need to flush her out and I don't care if it hurts her. Any ideas?

Where exactly is she? Also she's a mouse they're smart but will still try to escape when they can. You can't blame an animal for being an animal.

Set a trap and wait unless you also don't care about whatever it's hiding in. Then just burn it, or flood it out.

This, no kill traps are 4 dollars and reusable.

Bucket traps are free provided you have a bucket, some wire, and a can.
I had rats as a teenager and one was just a total shit. Took me two days since at some point I'd have to give up. But in his exploring he was comfortable enough to just walk out wherever he wanted(right past the cat who didn't give a fuck) but as soon as I made a move hed make a break for it. It wasn't until he woke me up by crawling over me was I able to trap him in my blanket.

Hold a lighter out in front of the rat a few meters away from it. Then squirt a small line of gasoline into the flame, and near (not on) the rat. He'll move.
