My cat's """"birthday"""" (day I got him, don't know when he was actually born) is the 23rd, and my other's is the 24th. I used to get them things the first couple years, like bags of catnip or treats, but you know, they eventually just got that stuff weekly or daily anyway so just let him have a nice spot in the sun, some fancier food, maybe like some real shrimp or chicken as a treat, and then give him a good combing and snuggle.
