I have never owned a sphynx cat, mostly because they are expensive due to their breeding, but they should be essentially the same as any other cat, just more sensitive to the sun and with a few skincare issues.

They are generally a lot higher maintenance because they do have unique grooming needs (gotta have baths very often) and require much more stimulation than your typical domestic moggie.
