Anyone got a leopard geck that doesnt like to be handled? Like theyll let you, but usually walk away whenever touched? Probably a personality thing.

That's like all of them what are you talking about

please stop anthropomorphising your pets
>>

I'm assuming you've never kept a reptile then
>>

Geckos have variations in their preferences for food, physical contact, waking hours, amount of time spent hiding, etc within a range of normal behaviour. It is these things to which people refer when they say 'personality' in reference to herps.

what a retarded aspie you are. please consider killing yourself.

apparently blue tongue skinks are pretty sociable for reptile standards anyway >>2167956

They are, what does that have to do with anything?
>>
>>2167849
a vast array of different reptiles have personalities that are unique, and differing from one to the other

objectively wrong

prove it

That's not how it works. If you make the claim that purely instinct-guided animals supposedly have varying personalities, then surely you must have some credible sources to back that up.

Or are you just gonna tell me a few anecdotes about bearded dragons and leopard geckos? If so, don't even bother replying.

There is some information out there regarding reptile and amphibian personality.

https://www.newscientist.com/article/dn10473-lizards-have-personalities-too-study-shows/

"Scientists define “personality differences” as consistent behavioural differences between individuals across time and contexts."

I'm aware that Imgur.com will stop allowing adult images since 15th of May. I'm taking actions to backup as much data as possible.
