>May beetle

Don't you mean June bug?
>>
>>2164156
I think he means either a cockchafer or a june bug

most likely a june bug, considering it is July

Maybe op is a complete retard and mistakes a Flower beetle for a cockchafer

Used to be afraid of june bugs

But then I looked closer

Their eyes! Their fluffy golden chest!
Their weird anlter antenna things!
Their infantile level of coordination!

Adorable buggers

>Can't be bothered taking 10 seconds to google and see cockchafer and May beetle are synonymous in the UK, Netherlands, Germany etc.
>>

no, I's called may BUG or doodlebug
May beetle is just a 1 to 1 translation from german

>most likely a june bug, considering it is July
may beetles are early this year, I already found a bunch of adult females laying eggs in the lawns I maintain.

this is why latin binomial nomenclature

I know they're 'pests' but whether they're these medium size ones with the sawtooth spots on the sides, or the big metallic lamborghini green ones, they're pretty damn cute. I like holding insects that are physically strong.
