Help! My leo won't eat and has been very lazy and sleeps

So far ive let her sit in warm water and used a qtip with warm water to wipe out most of the gunk. It's obviously infected

This. Probably irritation from living in sand. Choose a different substrate and take to vet.

use a different substrate besides sand. reptile carpet is ok but i dont like it bc my lizards toes can sometimes get stuck on it. paper towel or newspapers are great if you are looking for something cheap. tile is the best option tho imo.
