I have a cat. I feed him high quality wet cat food. Occasionally if I'm planning on having flounder for dinner I'll cook some extra in a water bath for him and serve it with a little of the water for his dinner. It's a rare treat, not a staple part of his diet. I do it something like twice a month or less and I made an effort to check that flounder was safe for cats before I started.
Anyway, I'd like some ideas on other "people food" I could rotate in safely. I've tried chicken, both baked and cooked in a water bath, and he'll eat it, but he doesn't have any more interest in it than he does his regular cat food.

I like it.
My cats love it when my family cooks turkey, like on Thanksgiving. They get bits like the liver and go fucking nutters over them.
I've also known cats that were pretty into baby food.
