Hey /an/ I'm having a bit of a dilemma regarding fleas. I have three cats - a turkish van, tonkinese and a moggy. The moggy is the only cat allowed outside and brings fleas into the house, which are really hard to get rid of on the turk. All the cats have flea collars (changed regularly as I know the repellant wears off), we have a plug-in flea catcher (which doesn't really work), give all the cats flea tablets and a spot-on type flea killer/repellant every couple of months. Oh and all bedding etc. is washed every couple of weeks.
However the fleas are still here and won't fuck off :( I've also tried the room foggers with varying success. Obviously the problem comes from the outdoor cat bringing them in, but fleas are still in the house too.
>tl;dr
>cats and house have fleas
>do not want
I live in the UK, so any products suggested would have to be available here. I currently use 4pets household flea killers and tablets, and have used advantage/frontline/4pets/beaphar spot-on treatments. What active ingredient is the most effective? Would it be worth getting prescription meds from the vet?
pic related, my turk Frank
Forgot to mention, I flea comb the tonk and TV fairly easily and even bath the TV, but the moggy hates being brushed (I still try)
Dude you know the answer.
Keep the moggy indoors.

I'm surprised you aren't killing them with such an overdose.
And by that I mean the cats
