Check out my mothbro. He's been hanging out in my bathroom the past few days. I gave him some water yesterday cause he looked thirsty but he is still sticking around. Do you think he is hungry? What do moths eat? What should I do with him?

CLASSIC nostalgic moth, I used to see hundreds of these as a little kid, the caterpillars used to take over some disused grassy wasteland behind my old primary school. It got cleared to build plebby council houses for single mums, and I've seen about 3 adult moths in all the years since.
I saved a moth from a pool last night and the thing started vibrating on my hand and refused to leave. What was up with that?

That's lewd.
It's hard to imagine these things actually move. I like to say that I adore bugs but when it comes to handling them I get shaky and nervous.
This is called a Greater Wax Moth - Galleria mellonella.
"A pest of unprotected honey bee combs in weakened colonies or neglected hives. "As the larvae chew through the comb, they spin a silk-lined tunnel through the cell walls and over the face of the comb. These silk threads can tether emerging bees by their abdomens to their cells and they die of starvation because they are unable to escape from their cell. This phenomenon is termed galleriasis" [U. of Georgia].
