Hey /an/. I am currently writing a book which will take place in a desert. Can you recommend any documentaries (singles or series) about them? Where they go into flora/fauna but also into some kind of tribes and most importantly how to stay alive if you would get lost in one? Did discovery chanel/national geographic did something decent about them?
would be great!
Attenborough did some good docs about the desert, try his Living Planet series and the desert seas episode.
Watch "Africa", its on netflix and has an entire episode dedicated to the Sahara
There are some ants that live there that are silver, its pretty cool
>tfw deserts have more biodiversity than forests in western-europe.
