Can someone give me some advice on how to introduce my kitten to my two dogs, I can't help but feel like they think it's a toy.

Keep the kitten in a carrier and let the dogs get used to her scent and appearance.

Take the doggies out for a walk or to the park, and let them expend as much energy as possible

When they get back home, let the kitty out but keep her in your arms. Let your doggos inspect her. If they seem calm, (hopefully by now you can tell if your dogs are distressed or not) set the kitty on the floor and keep a watchful eye. This is what I did when I introduced my 13 week old kitty to my two dobermans and my gf's pomeranian. The female doberman is now best friends with the kitty

Carefully. Always supervised. A well understood "leave it" or "no" command is strongly advised. My mom used the term "baby" anytime she introduced a new animal into the household. The older animals were trained to be protective and non confrontational of any animal designated "baby". Worked too. We kept ducks and rabbits in the backyard, and also several dogs, several cats (yes, I lived in a zoo, but I only have 1 pet fish as an adult). At the height of insanity, there were 7 cats, 5 dogs, 11 rabbits, 3 ducks and multiple aquariums. There were never any pet or pet aggression issues. My mom may have been insane, but she did know how to train animals. And yes, our house smelled like disgusting. She also smoked inside. OMG, I'm so glad that I'm an adult and don't have to put up with that shit anymore.

Your mom sounds like a kind lady. You should be thankful to her, anon.

Yeah, whatever. She had issues beyond animal hoarding. She can rot in hell. But at least she was kind towards animals.
