I got a leopard gecko from someone who neglected the fuck out of it. There was a dead one in the cage with the barely living one. I gave the barley living lizard water and hes moving and stuff but hes still skinny as fuck and I wanted to feed him but all the pet stores are closed. Is there anything I can give him that isn't live insects ? just to hold him over? guy said he hasn't eaten in like months hes super skinny

Yes, you can put a little bowl of pedialyte in the tank. Don't start with crickets right away. Mealworms first. And not too much as a malnourished gecko's stomach will reject too much food at once. Start with three or four calcium dusted mealworms. Give 6 mealies the following day. Then feed daily until gecko's weight starts to fill out.

also a bottlecap of calcium +D3 or Reptivite or Repashy Calcium Plus if you have those. Buy a bottle of one of them when you get to pet store and keep a bottlecap in the tank at all times (change out weekly).
