How do I adapt to the real world and stop trying to adapt the real world to how I would want it to be?

Study human behaviour, learn what other people do and why.
Stop trying to make everything happen the way you want it to. You are the only person who will know what you're going to do, everything that happens in your day is an absolutely random chance.
Work on yourself and improve yourself before you start worrying about others. Make your dreams happen, go out when you want, be your own person and don't try replicate someone else they're that person for a reason.
Always be learning, Workout, Dress well, take care of yourself.
Follow that and you'll be much happier than trying to make everything workout the way you want it to.
immediately think about other people. stop trying to think about yourself and 'improve yourself' whatever that even means, I don't know, and stand beside the people that matter to you, and grow with them. It isn't a tint, or some type of shade, you've been in the real world since you were born. I know it can feel so far away but involvement in other people's lives will refresh your mind and you'll feel like a kid again.
