Looks like I have to quit before this wears me down mentally.
My problem is: How do I gain self confidence and lose this fear that I'll be forever jobless? The fear of a shit future. I need a positive attitude when applying for new jobs.

The colleague is well liked and talks shit about me. When I talk to the boss about this, I'll be the liar. But I will talk about the shit the guy did to discredit me, thus totally destroying the work environment for me. Being silent will make me weaker and look bad
