i got charged with reckless endangerment in NYS, dropped from a felony to a misdemeanor. will i go to jail? i really would rather do anything but, even probation, fines, or community service. I didn't actually cause any physical harm to anything, but i did throw a flare at someone. Please advise~ thanks anons

You'll probably get off with a fine, community service and a deferred jail term - i.e. keep your nose clean and you won't go to jail, but do anything and this sentence will be added on to that one.
