I began to notice tiny skin color bumps on my penis head a few weeks ago. I went to get tested and my results came back negative.
The bumps, however, haven't gone away and have become more noticeable.
Should I visit a dermatologist to get this checked out or should I try another std test to see if something has developed over the past few weeks?

They did this to test for chylamidia so I know how that goes.
Dickheads do get warts but warts are more clusters and less bumps.
