Well, I tried to get a lawyer at the start and I read the relevant legislation, and I have a right to a jury however the lawyers are trying to just speed up the case so I've just told them I'm not giving you the right to represent me

max penalty is usually only given under dire circumstances. We're talking physical death, violence, kidnapping, horrific ordeals. Getting caught with weed doesn't seem to fit the bill. I know a guy that grew, supplied kilos (hello federales, relax it was years ago and i'm not involved) and had to do probation. They raided his house at 5.30am and when he was in the panel van even went to get breakfast for him. As long as there isn't any harder drugs related i don't see that much of a problem. If it's your first offence then you'll probably get probation. Honestly, chill. It's not a good situation but it's not the end of the world.
