If I wanted I could probably get diagnosed with all possible mental illnesses. I know I have OCD and that's what I'm treated for, but I also exhibit symptoms of Asperger's, depression, bipolar, BDD, social anxiety etc. Doesn't mean I have any of these illnesses and my doctors agree. I'll ask my psychiatrist though.

Your instructor is a cunt. He's adding even more pressure onto you with that shit. How many hours have you been practicing? Practice more until it's second nature to you, and also see about dealing with your anxiety with your therapist. Even if you don't have anxiety enough to warrant a diagnosis, you clearly have symptoms of it or insecurity. Ask to focus on that for a few sessions.
