I try improving slowly but it's so hard finding the drive to do things and to slowly build habits...
What could help me with this struggle ? The apathy is too strong

jeebus, that booty is a keeper
Depends on what kinds of habits you seek to impr-
I'm fapping to your picture and deleting it soon as I'm done. Is that what you want, love?
Is there any way to take your mind off the task? I was able to run on an elliptical for 30 mins each day just because listening to the exact same 30 minute music playlist each day would allow my mind to wander and not even think of exercising. This helped me adjust to the mundaneness of running in place for 30 mins. Otherwise giving yourself a reward that does not backtrack on the good habit can help. Such as every day spent not smoking means you can eat a piece of cake or cookie.

Try growing up.
Realize you have goals, and to attain those goals you have to make sacrifices.
If you put this shit off, it will only build up as you get older, and the problems will get worse.
We're all pretty pissed off about life, but we have to make something happen in the end.
