Hey /adv/ I've been working with this girl for awhile now

Hey /adv/

I've been working with this girl for awhile now at my job working in fast food. I'm average athletic build, around 6 foot and talking to people has never been an issue to me. The girl I will be talking about, let's call her "Anne".
So Anne was a trainee and one of the mangers told her that I was able to help her with any questions she may have. Days pass and I eventually get her snapchat and we start texting. She is of Asian decent and her parents have strict rulings over her phone usage and what she can and cannot do. I get really nervous now when I talk to her, didn't happen when I first saw her but now it's a common thing. Her sister lets call her Daniella is my age and does serious martial arts, I think she knows that I have feelings for her younger sister (forgot to mention it is a 1 year difference) and I don't know how I should react to it. Word has it that Anne has been talking about me and it is rumored that she likes me back.

Only problem /adv/ is that I didn't plan on dating anyone at work. The thought of rejection and the awkwardness that follows would then haunt me at work just as if we broke up if I was successful in getting into a relationship with her. If I left anything out that might be key or I can even answer questions if you ask to give you guys a better picture of my situation.
