When compiling a job resume, for supporting documents.
With something like a college transcript, two questions.
Do I include then when I first submit the resume, or do I paraphrase them and then wait till they ask for proof?
Two, either way, would the unofficial copy work, or do they need the official copy that I have to pay/ wait 2 weeks for?

I have a pdf of my official transcript which I either attach to my resume or submit as a separate document, depending on how many documents I can upload on the application form.

Not in my experience. Depending on the field, it really doesn't matter anyway, you've shown the level of competence required once you have the degree.
