Unless you're extremely old, obese or any other major health issue then there's pretty much zero reason for you to go anywhere unless your knee starts having more mechanical issues. If you think you actually had a decent concussion I could give you some basic protocols to follow too but I doubt you need to bother with them.

One time I feel and hit my head real bad ike past out feel 4 or 5 feet and smacked the back of my head on the ground and I didn't have a concusion. So i donmt think you have a concusion maybe wait a day and if you don't feel so hot go to the hospital.

Also though, when you get a concusion you get a cat scan not an xray. x rays cant see anything with ur brain only ur skull
