I'm having a bad week for PTSD stuff. How do I make sure it doesn't turn into a bad two weeks?

I've been having full-on flashbacks every single day and forgetting where I am completely, can't sleep, feel completely dead inside, scattered, and depressed. Does anyone here have coping tips?

This is probably all bullshit. But have you tried, taking medicine, making an appointment to talk with someone, working out, sleeping extra, learning something new, chat with friends or loved ones, or went outside?
