Tonight I got drunk, had a nervous breakdown, and threatened to kill myself in front of my whole family while walking towards to gun safe.
After a lot of drama, a lot of which I definitely won't remember, I think my dad called his doctor friend to recommend a psychiatrist.
How do I get out of this jam.
