I asked a girl i've know for some years to go out with me yesterday. She wasn't a friend of mine but i thought she was cute so i just asked for her number and texted her, after talking for a while i asked out and she said "I dunno haha maybe" and later she texted "it happens that i have some projects from school and i'm busy haha" and after that the convo turned heavy and we started to reply slower. Look i'm not autistic and know how to catch those things and i know she rejected me there. But i asked her when she had to finish those projects and told me that in one week. Should i ask her out again in like ten days or should i just stop? Should i keep texting her (not everyday, i know) or stop doing so, i only have texted her once.
Pd: if i ask her out again i will say let's hang out instead of wanna hangout just like i did yesterday.

Since she said maybe thats actually a pretty good sign I would say evne though yeah she did reject you. Maybe next time say a date and try to entice her since the maybe shows shes on the border. Say like " i promise it'll be tons of fun," and try to really have a good time with her. Idk thats the best u can do. But I like to ask more than once.
