You are not telling me she seems to like you or anything. You are telling me you like her. Well, guess what? A relationship needs to people involved. Just because you like her doesn't mean something might happen. Do you even thing she is interested?

Also the whole concept about "being creepy" is just this self defense mechanism shy / insecure / awkward / inexperienced people developed as a reason to never try step out from their comfort zone and actually try.
